StackedHealth is a premium news platform focused on health, biohacking, supplements, and longevity. We combine advanced technology with editorial analysis to deliver evidence-based, relevant, and timely information.
StackedHealth is an editorial project by Brick & Bit, founded in 2025 with the idea of making health and longevity knowledge accessible without sensationalism and without disguised selling. It came from the frustration of reading headlines that promise to reverse aging based on small mouse studies — and the conviction that readers deserve to see the evidence as it is.
To democratize access to quality information about health optimization and biohacking, providing accessible analysis for experienced biohackers and those seeking to begin their journey toward a healthier, longer life.
The team is led by the Brick & Bit founder along with freelance collaborators with health-science background. We work with awareness of the replication crisis, publication bias, and the difference between n-of-1, RCT, and meta-analysis. When a claim has weak evidence, we say so.
We monitor and analyze over 25 global news sources and scientific publications in real-time, including PubMed, Examine.com, Huberman Lab, Peter Attia, and more. We process this information to deliver original analysis in Spanish and English.
Every article cites its source. Every health claim is checked. Every use of AI is disclosed. We don't sell supplements. We don't take payment for endorsements. Those are the minimum standards — not something we hide and only mention when asked.
These four pages describe how we work in detail. If you want to see only one, read Methodology. If you want to report an error, go to Corrections. If you want to know how we use AI, it is documented.
