StackedHealth is an editorial project by Brick & Bit dedicated to covering health, biohacking, supplements, and longevity with scientific rigor. This policy describes how we select, verify, and publish content. Our content does NOT constitute medical advice — always consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about your wellness.
Our editorial decisions are made strictly on journalistic and scientific grounds. We do not sell supplements, do not accept payment for endorsements, and do not run affiliate links to specific products. Ads (Google AdSense) are clearly differentiated from editorial content and have no influence on what we cover or how we cover it.
We prioritize peer-reviewed research (PubMed/MEDLINE), reference institutions (NIH, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Stanford Medicine, Harvard Health), recognized scientific journals (Nature, Cell, NEJM, Lancet, JAMA, BMJ, Nature Aging, Cell Metabolism), and established clinical voices (Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, Rhonda Patrick, Examine.com). We explicitly distinguish between early evidence (animal studies, n-of-1, small pilots) and established consensus (meta-analyses, large RCTs, clinical guidelines).
Every health claim is checked against the primary source. When a secondary source simplifies or overstates, we cite the original study directly. We label what is hypothesis, what is preliminary evidence, and what is replicated finding. Doses, intervals, and protocols are always reported as they appear in the literature — never as personal recommendations.
We use AI to assist with translation, organization, and summarization of public sources. AI does NOT generate medical recommendations, doses, clinical protocols, or interventions. Every article goes through human editorial review before publishing. More detail on our AI Transparency page.
All information published on StackedHealth is informational. It does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional. It must never be used as the sole basis to start, modify, or stop supplements, drugs, fasting, exercise, or any intervention. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor.
StackedHealth is operated by Brick & Bit. Brick & Bit does not own supplement brands, does not receive commissions on sales, and has no exclusive agreements with clinics, labs, or vendors. When a specific piece has a conflict of interest, it is disclosed at the top of the article.
